Installation method

Correct installation, use and maintenance of reducer is an important link to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when you install the reducer, you must strictly follow the following installation and use related matters, and carefully assemble and use.

The first step is to confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected with the reducer match. Here are the dimensions of the positioning bump, the input shaft and the reducer groove and the matching tolerance.

The second step is to screw down the screw on the outer dust-proof hole of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring to align the side hole with the dust-proof hole, and insert the inner hexagon to tighten. After that, remove the motor shaft key.

The third step is to connect the motor and the reducer naturally. When connecting, the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor must be consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the concentricity is not consistent, the motor shaft will be broken or the gear of the reducer will be worn out.

Inspection and maintenance

Different lubricants are prohibited from mixing with each other. The position of oil level screw plug, oil discharge screw plug and ventilator is determined by the installation position. Their relative positions can be determined by referring to the installation position map of the reducer.

I. Inspection of Oil Level

Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock! Wait for the reducer to cool down, remove the oil level screw to check whether the oil is full, and install the oil level screw.

Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock! Wait for the reducer to cool down, open the drain plug and take oil samples.

Check the oil viscosity index, if the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible. For the reducer with oil level screw, check the oil level, whether it is qualified, install the oil level screw.

Three, oil replacement

It is difficult to discharge oil when the viscosity of oil increases after cooling. The reducer should change oil at operating temperature. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock! Wait until the gear reducer cools down without burning danger! Note: When changing oil, the reducer should keep warm and put a receiving pan under the discharging bolt. Open oil level screw, ventilator and drain screw. Remove all the oil, install the filling plug, inject the same brand of new oil, the amount of oil should be in accordance with the installation position, check the oil level at the oil level plug, tighten the oil level plug and ventilator.
