Repair and Maintenance of Mixer Reducer

Hydraulic components (variable pump, motor and reducer) of mixer are the key components of mixer. Maintenance and maintenance of reducer are particularly important. The following is mainly about the requirements of proper use and maintenance of reducer:

First, the engine speed should not be too high, the speed should be slowly increased from slow to fast, the speed of mixing drum should not exceed 18 RPM 2 minutes before start-up, and the initial speed of reducer with pump intake should not exceed 15 rpm, because too high engine speed will damage the gearbox.

2. According to the different service life, the gear reducer should be maintained routinely as follows:

Oil products: The gear oil models used in separated reducers such as P3301 and P4300 are: SAE 80W-90/SAE85W-90; API GL-5;

Brand: Mobil, Shell, Kunlun, Great Wall and so on. It is recommended to use high quality oil products.

Variable displacement pump and motor oil change:

A. The first oil change time is 500 working hours for the first use of the new car, and the original special oil filter is replaced at the same time.

B. The second oil change time is 2000 working hours for the vehicle, and the special oil filter is replaced at the same time.

C. In the future, every 2000 working hours or a year, no matter how many hours work in a full year, oil must be changed and special oil filters must be replaced at the same time.

D. Do not open the system pipeline when changing oil. Just put the oil in the tank clean. At the same time, you can open the oil outlet of the pump and motor shell, and then pour the new oil into the tank. When refueling, you should pay attention to the air in the exhaust system.

E. Mixed use of different brands of oil is strictly prohibited. If the quality of oil products can not be guaranteed on site, you can order directly from our company.

3. It is suggested that oil should be discharged at about 60 degrees Celsius oil temperature. After each oil change, the fastening condition of the connecting bolts should be checked. At the end of the inspection, all bolts connected to the gearbox should be re-tightened with a torque wrench. The oil level should be checked once a month.

Note: The oil in the pump and motor matched by the split reducer is No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

IV. Important matters needing attention:

Fifty hours after the first use of the new car, the flange bolts of the reducer (tightening torque 295N.m) and the base bolts of the reducer (tightening torque 580N.m) need to be tightened with a torque wrench.
