Rules for Installation, Use and Safety Operation
1. The initial position of axle-less screw conveying should be aligned with the center position of the outlet and outlet of the grille. The deviation between the position of the axle center line and the design center line of the equipment is less than (+5mm).
2. The connection of inlet and outlet ports (pipes) is firm and tidy, and there should be no leakage at all flange connections.
3. After accurate positioning, the frame is tightened with expansion bolts and foundation platform.
4. The blade steering of axle-less screw conveyor should be accurate.
5. The waste water return pipe conveyed by non-axle screw is diverted to the grid well, and there is no leakage at the thread of the pipe.
6. Safety operation shall be carried out as follows:
Check whether there are any hard impurities in the equipment before start-up
After starting the power supply, pay close attention to whether there is abnormal sound, and stop immediately if there is abnormal sound response.
Shaftless screw conveying and mechanical grille work at the same time. After the mechanical grille stops working for 5 to 10 minutes, the shaftless screw conveying stops working, so as to ensure that the waste in the screw body can be cleaned up.
Notes and Maintenance
(1) It is strictly forbidden to reverse equipment during operation.
(2) Check regularly whether the lubricating oil of the reducer reaches the oil level scale line, and when it is insufficient, add lubricating oil. The reducer is replaced with lubricating oil every six months.
(3) When the rolling bearing is in normal motion, it must be filled with lithium-based grease every three months. The filling amount is one-second of the space between the bearing and the shaft seat.
(4) When overload occurs, the safety pin is automatically cut off, that is to say, the driving motor operates normally and the spiral body does not work. At this time, the machine should be stopped and checked. After troubleshooting, the safety pin can be replaced and put into operation again. It is strictly forbidden to operate compulsorily.
(5) Keep the chain of reducer tight and not too loose.
