1. Overview:

ZJY/ZGY/TIT series axle-mounted reducers adopt the installation method directly suspended on the power input shaft of the matching main engine, omitting the connection accessories between them and the installation platform of the decelerator. They are widely applicable to the mechanical transmission of belt conveyor scraper conveyor, bucket elevator and other equipment, and can also be matched with other mainframes with the installation requirements.

The product is manufactured according to ZBY19009-88 standard. The main transmission parts are made of alloy steel. The gear is processed by carbon grinding point. The precision reaches grade 6 (GB10095-88). The product has the advantages of small volume, high carrying capacity, long service life, low noise and high efficiency.

2. Scope of application

The maximum speed of the high-speed end does not exceed 1500 r/mn.

The working environment is warm from 40 C to 45 C.

3. Product model

ZJY axle-mounted gear reducer (JB/T 7007-1993) is also a parallel axle and involute cylindrical gear reducer with zigzag axes. It is mainly used for driving device of belt conveyor and bucket elevator, as well as other types of mechanical equipment. Working conditions: the speed of the high speed shaft of the reducer is not more than 1500r/min, and the working environment temperature is - 40-40 C. When the temperature is lower than 5 C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to more than 10 C before start-up.

Feature description

1. Connection of Reducer and Work Machine

The ZJY reducer is directly mounted on the main axle of the working machine. When the reducer is running, the reaction moment acting on the reducer box body is also mounted on the counter moment bracket of the reducer box body or balanced by other methods. The machine is directly matched and the other end is connected with the fixing bracket.

2. Installation of Reaction Moment Support

Counter-moment brackets should be installed on the side of the reducer facing the machine to reduce the additional bending moment on the axle of the machine. Elastomers such as rubber are used in the sleeve of the connecting end of the reaction moment bracket and the fixed support to prevent flexion and absorb the torque fluctuation.

3. Installation Relation between Reducer and Work Machine

In order to avoid the deflection of the main shaft and the additional force on the bearing of the reducer, the distance between the reducer and the working machine should be as small as possible without affecting the normal working conditions, the value of which is 5-10mm. Inspection and maintenance of speed reducer

L-CKC100~L-CKC220 EP industrial gear oil injected into GB/T5903 should be changed for the first time after 200-300 hours of operation. The quality of oil should be checked regularly in future use. Oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated should be replaced in time.


1、减速器一般采用垂直位置及其前后各20°范围内悬挂安装,与主机配套使用。

2、减速器输出轴孔套入主机轴前,应在轴和轴孔表面涂上油脂,以减小装配阻力。切勿采用强行打击的方式安装,否则可造成轴承损坏或空心轴端变形。 对采用双端锥套安装的减速器,可按如下程序

安装:

(1)先将内侧的空心锥套套入主机主轴;

(2)将减速器推入主机主轴,左端挂在左锥套上;

(3)从右侧装入右锥套;

(4)依此拧紧左右锥套的紧固螺钉。

3、安装传动三角带。由于减速器体积紧凑,所配置的轴承尺寸较小,为确保轴承正常使用,请注意以下几点:

(1)尽可能选用高强度窄型三角带。窄型三角带可减小带轮的宽度和外圆尺寸,以及三角带的张紧拉力,这样可以使输入轴带轮的张紧力作用点位置靠近输入轴内侧,对提高输入轴轴承的寿命十分有

利。

(2)应选用全部金加工的三角带轮。对有轮辐减轻孔的带轮,应满足静平衡的要求。

(3)三角带应紧张适度。一般可用两个手指下压三角带,受压点下移是否在1-2mm的方法来判别三角带的紧张程度。由于三角带在运行一段时间后会因初张力延长而打滑了,该延长量应以二次紧张来

弥补。切勿在初装时过分紧张,给输入轴轴承增加不应有的悬臂拉力。

4、为克服减速器在运行时空心轴轴承摩擦反力矩对减速器箱体的作用,一般采用防扭拉杆来平衡该力矩。防扭拉杆的安装位置见图1。防扭拉杆可采用00型"开式锁具螺旋扣",见附录2。由于索口环头

内孔尺寸不规范,可用经过加工的环头更换。环头内孔与拉杆销的配合可采用H9/n9。采用小间隙的环头配合,可减小减速器的左右晃动。

5、打开减速器箱体中部油塞,使箱体处于垂直位置,从吊环孔加入N220中级压齿轮油,油位至下部油塞溢出高度。

6、减速器现空载运转一段时间,检查是否有异常噪声、漏油、振动等不正常现象,如无则可投入负载运行。

7、减速器首次运转300-600小时后应更换润滑油。此后每运转1500-5000小时更换一次(主要由工作环境而定),最长不得超过18个月。在换油时应同时清洗磁性油塞(安装在箱体下部)。

8、减速器在运行中出现油温突然性升高或不正常噪声时,应立即停车检查。故障排除后,才能继续投入工作。

9、当单向运转的减速器需反向或双向运转时,可打开输入轴对面端盖,对常接触式逆止器将星轮用拉板拉出(拉板可按星轮上起吊螺孔位置自制)反装,即可改向运转;或拆除星轮缺口处的滚子、顶

销(小规格的无此零件)、顶簧,实现双向运转。对非常接触逆止器,则需要将逆止体拉出反装,同时把外环也卸下反装。

10、空心轴端盖用于固定减速器轴向位置和拆卸减速器用。用于固定时,用与中心孔径相配的六角螺栓吊紧主机输入轴;用于拆卸时,可在两侧螺纹孔内旋入六角螺栓,顶出箱体。
