1. When installing the industrial gearbox, attention should be paid to the alignment of the axes of the transmission center, when the input and output axles are connected with the power and matching machinery, if the coupling is used, the axle and the axle should be strictly aligned, and there must be no concentric phenomenon, so that good alignment can prolong the service life and achieve ideal transmission efficiency. 2. When installing transmission parts on the output shaft, hammers are not allowed to knock. Usually, assembly fixtures and internal threads at the end of the shaft are used to press the transmission parts in with bolts. Otherwise, the internal parts of the industrial gearbox may be damaged. * No steel fixed coupling is used, because improper installation of this kind of coupling will cause unnecessary external load, which will cause early damage to bearings and even fracture of output shaft.
3. The industrial gearbox should be firmly installed on the base or base of a stable level. The oil in the drainage tank should be removed and the cooling air circulates smoothly. The foundation is unreliable, which will cause vibration and noise when running, and cause damage to bearings and gears. When the transmission connector has protrusions or adopts gear and sprocket transmission, the protective device should be added. When the output shaft bears a larger radial load, the reinforced type should be selected.
4. Installation of fixing screw should be checked periodically whether tightening, fixed firmly, gasket as far as possible choose spring gasket.
5. Installation device according to the regulations ensures that the staff can conveniently approach the oil mark, air plug and oil discharge plug. After the installation is in place, the accuracy of the installation position should be checked thoroughly according to the order, the reliability of each fastener pressing, and the flexible rotation should be possible after installation. The industrial gearbox is lubricated by oil pool splash. Before operation, the user needs to remove the screw plug of the ventilation hole and replace it with the air plug. According to different installation positions, and open the level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line, from the oil level plug to the oil level plug from the screw hole overflow until the oil level plug is screwed correctly, the no-load test operation can be carried out, the time must not be less than 2 hours. Running should be smooth, no shock, vibration, noise and oil leakage, abnormal should be eliminated in time.
II. Inspection and Maintenance of High Power Industrial Gearbox
1. Before the new high-power industrial gearbox is put into operation, attention must be paid to adding the medium-extreme pressure gear oil N220 or N320 to the specified position (* 20-30mm above the teeth) and supplementing regularly.
2. After 200-300 hours of operation, oil should be replaced * times. The quality of oil should be checked regularly in future use. Oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated should be replaced in time.
3. Generally speaking, for high-power industrial gearboxes which work continuously for a long time, the new oil should be replaced once a year or 5000 hours, and the industrial gearboxes which have been suspended for a long time should also be replaced before they are re-run. The same oil as the original brand should be added to the new oil industrial gearboxes, and the oil of different brands should not be mixed with each other. Oils with different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.
4. When changing oil, it is necessary to wait for the industrial gearbox to cool down without burning danger, but still keep warm and hot, because after complete cooling, the oil viscosity increases and it is difficult to discharge oil. Attention: To cut off the power supply of the transmission device, to prevent unintentional power supply! uuuuuuuuuu
5. In the work, when it is found that the oil temperature rise exceeds 80 C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 C and abnormal noise occurs, it should stop using, check the reasons, remove the trouble and replace the lubricant before it can continue to operate.
6. Users should have reasonable rules and regulations for use and maintenance, and record carefully the operation of industrial gearboxes and the problems found in the inspection. The above regulations should be strictly implemented.
