1. Precautions before installation of deceleration motor
A. Before installation, check the nameplate requirements on the deceleration motor to see if the power supply is consistent.
B. Check the motor and reducer are in good condition.
C. The requirements of working environment should be in the place where there are no oil, acid, alkali, harmful gas, steam, radioactive and other substances.
2. When installing transmission parts on the output shaft, hammers are not allowed to strike. Usually, assembly fixtures and internal threads at the end of the shaft are used to press the transmission parts in with bolts. Otherwise, the internal parts of the reducer may be damaged. * No steel fixed coupling is used, because improper installation of this kind of coupling will cause unnecessary external load, which will cause early damage to bearings and even fracture of output shaft.
3. The worm gear reducer motor can't exert a large load of reverse transmission on the reducer (self-locking).
4. Solvents should be used to thoroughly remove the antiseptic contaminants on axle extension, flange and key surface. When cleaning, attention should be paid not to immerse solvents in oil seals, otherwise solvents may damage oil seals.
5. The installation foundation of deceleration motor should be strength, rigidity and reliable vibration absorption, torsion-resistant base, bench and support structure, and the foundation must be dry and not greasy.
6. The products with both the bottom of the box body and the installation flange should be strictly guarded against competing with each other in installation.
7. The performance grade of the base screw is 8.8.
8. Elastic couplings are recommended for the couplings between reducer motors.
9. The stress point of the radial load on the input and output shafts should be as close as possible to the shoulder of the shaft when assembling coupling, brake, clutch and gear.
10. The key hollow output shaft should be coated with anti-rust oil when it is connected with the worker shaft. When loading, it should be pushed in easily or pulled in spirally, while the hollow output shaft of the tightening disk should be free of any oil and grease at one end of the tightening disk, and the other end of the tightening disk should be coated with anti-rust oil.
11. The input and output shafts of the deceleration motor, the motor shafts and the working shafts should be strictly centered on the coaxial axis. Its requirements can reduce vibration and noise, prolong the life of bearings, and ensure the normal operation of the deceleration motor.
12. In order to prevent accidents, the rotating parts should be equipped with protective cover and cover according to safety requirements.
13. To ensure that the ventilation cap of each deceleration motor should be installed correctly and that the ventilation is smooth. Installation device according to the regulations ensures that staff can conveniently close to the oil mark, air plug and oil discharge plug. After the installation is in place, the accuracy of the installation position should be checked thoroughly according to the order, the reliability of each fastener pressing, and the flexible rotation should be possible after installation. The reducer is lubricated by oil pool splash. Before operation, the user needs to remove the screw plug of the ventilation hole and replace it with the air plug. According to different installation positions, and open the level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line, from the oil level plug to the oil level plug from the screw hole overflow until the oil level plug is screwed correctly, the no-load test operation can be carried out, the time must not be less than 2 hours. Running should be smooth, no shock, vibration, noise and oil leakage, abnormal should be eliminated in time.
14. When loading moment is required, it should be installed in the state of mutual freedom.
15. Installation locking must be firm and reliable, and no displacement may occur in work.
16. Grounding devices must be installed to prevent electric shock accidents.
