Fault Analysis of Suspension Gear Reducer

Release:hengjian Browse:1085second

1. Failure cause of suspended gear reducer and failure specific gravity gear box main parts include gears, shafts and rolling bearings, and the failure of these three main parts will produce interacting faults. Therefore, the main failure forms of gears, rolling bearings and shafts are mainly analyzed for gear box fault diagnosis, usually teeth. After the wheel is put into use, various forms of failure will occur due to design, assembly, design or maintenance reasons.

2. There are many reasons for gear abnormality caused by abnormal phenomena of gears, including manufacturing reasons, assembly reasons and damage of gears themselves. In manufacturing, eccentricity, tooth profile error and pitch deviation are caused by process and other reasons; inappropriate gear assembly, such as some assembly can not transfer power smoothly, assembly is not parallel, and poor assembly with the shaft, may cause abnormal phenomena of gears; and the damage of the gear itself. It is very complex, including improper design, manufacturing errors, poor assembly and so on, which may cause gear surface burns, color change, pitting, peeling, plastic deformation, wear, gluing, ripple, uplift, fracture and other damage. And one of the results will lead to other abnormal phenomena and so on.

3. Rolling bearing failure form Rolling bearing is used in various rotating machinery. It is also an important part of gear box and one of the parts that are easy to fail. The health status of coal mine reducer is also directly related to the health status of rolling bearings, so to a large extent, the quality of bearings also determines the health status of reducer. Failure of rolling bearings will lead to abnormal gears, so that equipment failure, many gear box damage is related to bearings. According to statistics, the probability of failure of general rotating machinery caused by rolling bearings is 7%. In gearbox, rolling bearings are load-bearing units with relatively high rotating speed and relatively large load. Investigations show that 90% of the probability of failure of ball bearings occurs on inner and outer rings, and other common occurrences. On the rollers, the probability of occurrence on the cage is relatively low.

Rolling bearings are vulnerable to improper assembly, water, foreign body intrusion, lubrication problems and other damage, especially overload, corrosion and other causes of bearing damage, so that the damage forms of rolling bearings are also diverse, and the reasons are relatively complex. Typical forms of loss are fatigue, gluing, wear, burns, corrosion, damage, indentation, etc. The causes of these damages are also varied and can be consulted.

4. Shaft unbalance, misalignment and bending in the gearbox, there will be some problems such as balance, neutralization and bending. With the improvement of technology and processing accuracy, as long as these unbalance, misalignment and bending are controlled within a certain range, the gearbox can be considered as normal operation. Of course, if the unbalance problem, when the unbalance exceeds a certain extent, it will have a greater impact on the health of the gearbox, and may cause the gearbox failure. The balance problem mentioned here mainly comes from the following aspects: in the process of mechanical processing, no matter which parts or components, there are more or less some technological problems, so even the newly manufactured shaft will be unbalanced; another reason is that in the long-term use process, it will be impacted by excessive load. Strike produces deformation or bending; in many cases it is due to fatigue.
