How to disassemble and maintain the suspended gear reducer?

Release:hengjian Browse:1179second

Take oil change of ZGY reducer as an example: when the reducer runs for 200 to 300 hours, the first oil change should be carried out. The quality of oil should be checked regularly in future use, and the oil mixed with impurities or deterioration should be replaced in time. Generally speaking, for the long-term continuous working reducer, the new oil should be replaced according to 5000 hours running or once a year. The long-term shutdown reducer should also replace the new oil before re-running. Reducer should add the same oil as the original brand, not mix with different brands of oil. Oil with the same brand and different viscosity is allowed to mix. When changing oil, it is necessary to wait for the reducer to cool down without burning danger, but still keep warm, because after complete cooling, the oil viscosity increases and it is difficult to discharge oil.

Remove the upper housing of the reducer. If the reducer has a half coupling, the half coupling should be removed first. Remove the fixed bolt, rotate the nut to the bolt and keep it properly. Check whether the upper shell is defective or cracked. Make the assembly mark and remove the bearing end cap. First check whether there are bolts missing and other abnormal conditions, confirm that there are no errors, the upper shell is lifted with the top wire, lifted and placed on the prepared cushion plate. The clearance of each bearing should be measured by plunger gauge or lead wire pressing method. Several points should be measured and recorded in each bearing set. Remove the lubricating oil from the reducer and store it in a special oil drum.

(2) Hang out the main shaft and the driven shaft assembly. Make a mark at the mesh of the gear. After lifting out, the gear assemblies are placed on the dry wooden board, discharged neatly and steadily to prevent collision, and the bearings and gears of each shaft are disassembled.

3. Clean bearings, boxes and gears with kerosene to prepare for follow-up inspection.
